Montana壁付けキャビネットについて

壁付けの場合、壁面に専用のサスペンションレールを、キャビネット本体にサスペンションフックを取り付けます。また、キャビネットの裏面下部にはスペーサーバンパーを取り付けます。

コンクリート壁の場合、プラグアンカーで取り付けてください。
木製の壁の場合、プラグは必要ありませんが、Φ3mmのドリルなどであらかじめ開口し、木工用スクリューで固定してください。
石膏ボードなどその他の壁の場合、それらに適したネジとプラグを使用してください。

高さ69.6cm (basic unit*12)、46.8cm (basic unit*8)、35.4cm (basic unit*6)、奥行20cm、30cm、38cmのシェルフ・モジュールの耐荷重は、壁面の構成とモジュールの取り付けが許す限り、モジュール内またはモジュール上に対し最大40㎏となります。奥行き46.8cmのモジュールの耐荷重は、最大20kgとなります。高さが24cm (basic unit*4)、18.3cm (basic unit*3)、12.6cm (basic unit*2)の棚板は、重量が軽いため、最大10kgまでとなります。

幅69.6cm (basic unit*12)のモジュールトップ、ボトム、および棚板には、たわみを避けるために最大3kgの荷重をかける必要があります。モジュール上部、下部、棚板が専用のサポートレール（SS60、SS10）で補強されている場合は、最大10kgの荷重をかけることができます。サポートレールはモジュールと同色のラッカー仕上げです。幅69.6でサスペンション付き、垂直仕切りなしのモジュールの耐荷重は10kgです。

About Montana wall-mounted cabinets

For wall mounting, attach the special suspension rail to the wall and the suspension hooks to the cabinet body. A spacer bumper should also be fitted to the lower back of the cabinet.

For concrete walls, attach with plug anchors.
For wooden walls, plugs are not required, but should be pre-drilled with a Φ3 mm drill or similar and fixed with wood screws.
For other walls, e.g. plasterboard, use screws and plugs suitable for them.

The load capacity of shelf modules with heights of 69.6 cm (basic unit*12), 46.8 cm (basic unit*8) and 35.4 cm (basic unit*6) and depths of 20 cm, 30 cm and 38 cm is limited to a maximum of 40 kg within or on the module, provided the wall configuration and module mounting permit. The maximum load capacity is 40 kg within or on the module, as far as the wall configuration and module mounting permit. The load capacity of modules with a depth of 46.8 cm is a maximum of 20 kg. Shelves with heights of 24 cm (basic unit*4), 18.3 cm (basic unit*3) and 12.6 cm (basic unit*2) have a maximum weight of 10 kg due to their low weight.

Module tops, bottoms and shelves in widths 69.6 cm (basic unit*12) must be subjected to a maximum load of 3 kg to avoid deflection. If the module top, bottom and shelves are reinforced with special support rails (SS60, SS10), a maximum load of 10 kg can be applied. The support rails are lacquered in the same colour as the module. Modules 69.6 wide, with suspension and without vertical dividers have a load capacity of 10 kg.
